The stuff coaches actually ask in the first DM. Read these before you apply.

No — students pay you directly. PartnerUp handles the discovery, scheduling, roster, and reviews; the payment for the session is between you and the student (GCash, bank transfer, cash — whatever you arrange). No platform-side payout flow, no waiting on us to settle. You set the rate on your profile so students know what to expect; what they actually pay you is between the two of you.

No. Coach Pro is a flat subscription — that's all PartnerUp charges you. We don't take a per-booking commission. What students pay you is what you keep, every session, every time.

Keep them. Invite existing clients to your roster — they sign up with a free PartnerUp account, and their session history and notes live in your roster the same way new clients do. PartnerUp doesn't take a cut of any bookings (imported or new), so bringing your existing book over costs you nothing.

Yes. Pause mode hides you from the discovery feed and disables new bookings, but keeps your roster, history, and reviews intact. Existing recurring clients can still book against your private link. Pause for up to 6 months without losing your Founder status, badge, or price lock — just flip it back on when you're ready.

You do. Export your entire roster — names, contact, session history, notes — to CSV anytime, no questions. If you ever leave PartnerUp, the data goes with you. Students' personal info stays governed by their own privacy settings; you see what they've shared with you, same as any messaging app.
